What is SourceBans?
SourceBans is a database that contains all bans on the GERMANY-RELOADED servers.
I've been banned, what now?
You can find your ban in the Ban List. Here, the ban duration, the reason for the ban, and possibly additional details are recorded.
I've been banned, but I've never played on your servers before?
Regularly, our partner servers and Bustmore import ban lists into our database (imported bans). Bustmore identifies all cheaters in the 4PL, NCSL, dSLASH, and ESL. Requests to resolve these imported bans/VAC/SMAC bans will be ignored and not processed.
You disagree with the ban?
You can submit your complaint under "Protest a ban." The administering administrator will then contact you via email. Please make sure to provide the correct email address and explain why you should be unbanned in a clear and understandable manner!
